How often should I have my house cleaned? 

Depending on your budget and how many are in the home including pets, we recommend you get your home cleaned at least bi-weekly. You can also book once a month or on an occasional basis. You can customize your cleaning schedule to meet your particular needs.

How many people will be in my home for cleaning?

Our cleaning technicians work in groups of 2, depending on your specific cleaning needs. Before sending our cleaning technicians, we consult you about your desired cleaning services, and then determine which of our trained technicians are available and best suited for the job.

Are your staff trained and insured?

Better than anyone. Since we value our dependability and your trust, we only hire and train the best cleaning technicians we can find. All our cleaning technicians go through an extensive training program for janitorial cleaning and residential cleaning. Our field operations supervisor provides coaching and mentoring for continual improvement. It’s one of the reasons why people choose us! All our cleaning technicians are insured.

What will you clean in my home?

Our cleaning services include the dusting of baseboards, pictures, lampshades, window sills, furniture, light fixtures and vacuuming throughout. Walls are spot cleaned, cupboard exterior and floors are washed and the kitchen and bathrooms are thoroughly detailed. Special requests such as appliance cleanings may be arranged for an extra fee. We are here to assist you.

What is something is broken during a cleaning?

We treat your home with the greatest care; however, should an accident or breakage occur while we are in your home, we will contact you as soon as possible and every effort will be made to have the item repaired or replaced if it cannot be repaired.

What about Pets?

We love animals. Treats and cuddles! Upon booking we like to put your pets’ names on your file so the crews can address them by name. Any special instructions regarding your pets are also included in your file.

Do you use harsh chemicals in my house? I am sensitive to smells.

We only use biodegradable and environmentally safe products. We use vinegar, Young Living Thieves Household cleaner, Simply Green and Presidents Choice Green Product. Special exceptions can be made for those with requests to sensitive noses.

Do I have to sign a contract?  What if I need to cancel my cleaning?

We ask clients to sign a contract to ensure the highest level of service for you and your home. We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel your day of cleaning. We ask for 2 weeks notice to cancel all services with BERGSMA'S CLEANING SERVICES so we are able to fill the space immediately.
